Double-girder Gantry Crane
    Double-girder gantry cranen is appicable to loading, unloading and transporting of goods at open warehouse, yard, rail freight station, port wharf, etc. It can also perform many kinds of paricular operations equipted with many special hooks. The gantry adopts double welding structure of box style. Trolley drive mechanism adopts separate driving. All the mechanism is controled in the controlling room. Crane has two conductive styles as cables and slide wires. Users can choose either type. This structure has the advantages of strong load bearing capacity, wide span, overall stability and stiffness.
 

Single-girder Gantry Crane
    The crab of MDG single-girder gantry crane moves on a single girder.Through the horizontal or vertical anti-wheel, it can anti-hook safely ensuring the safety and reliability of its operation. It is particularly suitable for steering operation of hooking and transporting long materials.
 
     Electric Hoist Gantry Crane
    

Electric hoist gantry crane is a simple gantry crane with single-girder type and double-girder type having simple structure and convenient installation and maintanence. Used with the electric hoist of CD1, MD1models, it is a medium-sized crane moving on tracks with lifing capacity from 1-20t, span from 8-30m, working temperature from-20-+40℃.

It is applicable to the open working places such as stations, wharfs, warehouses, construction fields, field producting cement products, hydropower station and also indoors workshops. Operation types are ground control and driver room control.
     
 

Gantry Crane for Hydropower Station

It is a one gantry multifunctional lifting machine seeming like double-girder gantry crane maily working at dam top of hydropower station or end plane and be used for strobes opening and closing, conveying of power machine group water inlets work door ,flood discharge waterlock gate,etc.And it also can be used for electric equipment installation and swing of other equipments on the dam top.It is characterised by strong lifting capacity, strong overloading capacity, small span, high lifting height, equipted with automatic or intelligent underwater hydraulic carrier beams.It adopts various kinds of electrical speed regulation system, PLC ?and net control system strengthening safety and reliability. Shipbuilding Gantry Crane

Shipbuilding gantry crane is a large lifting capacity, big span, multifunctional, high efficiency gantry lifting machine dedicated to subsection tranport of large ship, ?butt jointing, and overturning on dock or shipway. Its characteristics are 1. With multifunctions as follows: single hanging, lifting hanging, air overturning, air unbalanced tiny turngrievances, such as micro-multiple functions. 2. Upper-crab has double main hooks seperately situated at the outer side of the main girder which can? separate or simultaneously horizontally move within 0-2m.3. Lower crab has main and auxilary hooks situated below the center of girder.4. The two crabs can mutual act in the air. 5. In order to prevent the attacks of storms, there are reliable wind-shielding devices such as rail clamp, ground anchor. ?
     
 

Container Gantry Crane

Container gantry crane applies to international standard container tranporting, loading and unloading at the container yard and railway container depots, with stable performance, high efficiency and ease maintenance having proper safety instructions and overload protection devices to maximizely ensure the satety of operational personnel and equipment. Electrical system uses PLC frequency adjustment which can easily controll every mechanism. This kind of crane is divided into tire type and track type. The tire type has good mobility and small sensitivity on the surface roughness. This kind of crane using diesel generators for power supply can work under low temperature with its oil and hydraulic system has heating device. The crab of rail type can rotate and the over crab can pass the gantry legs making the scope of operations wide and flexible.
