The portal crane is widely used at ports, stations and warehouses, shipyards, power construction site, large electrical and mechanical equipment installation sites also partially used at relatively fixed construction and installation projects. It is a kind of portal crane with a turning-around jib moving on ground tracks having the fixed part and a rotating part. Railway vehicles and other ground vehiles can pass under it.
The fixed part moves on the orbit through frame(the fixed type is installed on the basis ), and the rotating part is installed on the gantry through rotation supporting device. According to different objects,? match relevant catching devices( hook, grab, electromagnet,container hoist, hoist beam) to complete the loading and unloading of materials handling.
