Loading bridge is a high speed, high efficiency lifting machine widely used in loading and unloading the container at ports, power plants, stations. It falls into two categories as grab loading bridge and container loading bridge according to loading objects. Grab loading bridge is a widely used machine in loading large amount bulk at home and abroad, such as grabing ore, coal, bulk grain.It can heap coal, unload and upholding the coal in coal handling system in the power plant. It consists of crab travel, trolley travel, metal structure(lattice, single girder, double-girder, etc) and electrical equipment four components.The crab has a higher operating speed ensuring higher productivity. All the mechanism are controlled in closed heat preservation driver room which moving with the crab providing operating convenience.Electricity Conduction forms are slide wires and cables selected by the users.It is like the grab unloader, composed of metal structure, transmission mechanism, controll and safty device. Metal structure consists of travel bogie frame, from the operation, the side door frames, landing side door frames, sea side door frame, land side door frame, main girder, front boom, back jib, ladder frame or triangular frame, lower beam, prop bar, lifting crab, driver room, etc. with lifting mechanism, travel mechanism, boom pitching mechanism, and hook rotation mechanism. Safety devices are limited switch, alarm signals and communication system, fault diagnosis and technical condition monitoring system, rail clamp.
